Not every car in our BMW fleet is publicly listed, since availability and specification change. Tell us the dates you have in mind and the kind of driving you are planning, and we will confirm what is available and suggest options if your first choice is booked. BMW is German engineering with a clear bias toward the driver. Weight sits balanced front to rear, steering communicates what the front tyres are doing, and the powertrains, straight-sixes, V8s and electric motors in the i range, deliver torque you can lean on without drama. Cabins are quiet at a cruise and tighten up when you press on. Your hire starts with an unhurried handover at the showroom, covering controls, settings and anything specific to the model so you set off confident with the car. While you have the car, our team is reachable directly, so any question, a warning light, a tyre issue, a parking knock, gets a real answer rather than a holding email. Comprehensive UK insurance is included, breakdown cover is arranged through the policy, and if recovery is needed we coordinate it. The aim is that the hire feels supported from collection through to return.
Our minimum hire is two days, so weekend bookings sit comfortably within the standard offer. From there you can book mid-week, a long weekend, a full week of touring, or extend mid-hire if the car is free and your plans shift. Headline rates are based on a seven-day hire, with a different daily figure for shorter bookings; we quote your actual dates so the number you see is the number you pay. If a specific weekend is critical, get the enquiry in early so we can hold the model you want.

Yes. Our West Midlands showroom is open seven days a week by appointment, and we encourage clients to see the car in person before committing. Sitting in the driver’s seat, checking boot space against your luggage and listening to the car start tells you more than any photo. Call or message us with the model and a couple of times that suit, and we will book you a slot. There is no pressure to book on the day.
We do not offer consumer finance or instalment plans on hires. Hire fees and the refundable security deposit are payable before collection by card or bank transfer, and a quote covers the full cost for your dates so there are no surprises later. For corporate clients arranging hires as client rewards, team incentives or event packages, we can invoice against a purchase order, with payment terms agreed at quote stage. Speak to us early and we will set the paperwork up to suit how your business pays suppliers.
A booking is held against a deposit, with the balance and refundable security deposit due before collection. Cancellation terms depend on how close to the hire date you cancel: longer notice means a fuller refund of the deposit, shorter notice means a portion is retained to cover the held availability. Full terms are shared in writing with your quote so you can see exactly where each notice window falls. If circumstances change unexpectedly, talk to us; where we can move the booking to new dates rather than cancelling, we will.
Every hire includes comprehensive UK insurance arranged through our policy, covering the named driver for the duration of the booking. A standard excess applies in the event of a claim, and the figure is shared in writing before you confirm. Additional drivers can be added at quote stage, subject to age, licence and approval. The refundable security deposit is held separately and returned after the car comes back to us in the condition it left, with any excess settled against it only if there is a claim.
Bring your full UK driving licence in physical form, a DVLA online share code generated within the previous seven days so we can confirm your driving record, and two recent proofs of address, for example a utility bill, council tax letter or bank statement dated within the last three months. If a second driver is named on the booking, they bring the same paperwork. Any documents we asked for at quote stage, such as a passport or a company letter for corporate hires, should also come with you.
