Our current Mercedes hire fleet is led by the Mercedes-AMG G63, with both standard G63 and G63 Edition 1 specifications on the books. All carry the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 and 577 BHP. If you would like something different from the saloon, GT, or roadster side of the AMG range, the S-Class, AMG GT, and SL are available on request, subject to lead time and availability. AMG is built in Affalterbach near Stuttgart, where each engine is hand-assembled by one engineer who signs the cam cover. That is not just marketing: it shapes how the car feels. The 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 in the G63 produces a deep, layered exhaust note, instant torque, and a gearbox that responds the moment you ask. Your hire starts with an unhurried handover at our showroom, covering controls, drive modes, the AMG-specific settings, and a documented walk-around. You leave with a direct number for our team and a clear set of instructions for fuel, AdBlue if relevant, and parking. During the hire you can call us with any question, large or small. Comprehensive UK insurance is in place, breakdown cover is arranged, and if something goes wrong we co-ordinate recovery and, where possible, a replacement so your plans are protected.
All Mercedes hires are multi-day, with a two-day minimum and no upper limit. Weekend windows usually run from Friday into Monday, and longer hires can be tailored around your itinerary. Pricing is anchored to a seven-day rate and adjusted for the dates you actually book, so a shorter or longer hire is reflected fairly in the quote. Availability moves week to week, especially around peak summer and wedding season, so the earlier you tell us your dates the more options we can hold open for you.

Yes, our West Midlands showroom is open seven days a week by appointment. Booking a viewing means the car you are interested in is parked, prepped, and ready for you to walk around without other clients in the way. You can sit in it, check the boot, talk through specification with our team, and ask anything that helps you commit. There is no pressure to book on the day. If you cannot get to us, we can also share additional photography and a short video walk-round on request.
We do not offer consumer finance or instalment plans on hire bookings. For private clients, the standard route is a deposit at booking and the balance ahead of collection, by bank transfer or card. For corporate clients, we can invoice the business directly with agreed payment terms, which suits buyers who need to align with finance and procurement. If you are arranging a hire for a colleague, a client, or as a reward, tell us at enquiry stage and we will set the paperwork up properly from the start.
Your booking is held against a deposit, and the cancellation terms scale with how close to collection you are. Cancellations made well in advance can usually be refunded or moved to another date with minimal impact. Inside the final notice window, a proportion of the booking is retained to cover the slot we have held for you. The exact terms and amounts are set out clearly in your booking confirmation before you pay. If your plans change, talk to us early and we will work through the options.
Every hire includes comprehensive UK insurance for the duration of your booking. The policy covers you on UK roads, with the excess figure and any conditions confirmed in writing at the quote stage. Additional drivers can be added, subject to age and licence checks, with any extra cost shown up front. A refundable security deposit is also required and returned after the car is back with us and inspected. If you are planning anything unusual, mention it early so we can confirm cover.
Bring your full UK driving licence, a DVLA share code generated within the last 21 days, and two recent proofs of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Drivers must be 27 or over and meet our licence and history checks, which we complete before collection day. If an additional driver is named on the booking, they need to bring the same set of documents. Having everything ready means we can keep the handover focused on the car, not on paperwork.
