We do not offer consumer credit or finance plans on hires. Payment is taken as a booking fee to secure your dates, with the balance and a refundable security deposit settled before collection. For corporate clients with an established account, we are happy to invoice against a purchase order with agreed payment terms, which suits client rewards, team incentives and event bookings. If you are arranging a hire on behalf of a business and need invoicing in a particular way, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will set it up.

If you need to cancel, the amount refunded depends on how much notice you give us, with the full schedule set out in your booking confirmation so there are no surprises. Outside our standard windows, we try to be fair, particularly where dates can be moved rather than cancelled outright.
