Can I view the vehicle before booking?

Yes. Our West Midlands showroom is open seven days a week and we welcome viewings by appointment. Booking ahead means the specific car you want to see is in the showroom rather than out on hire, and gives our team time to walk you through the model, the specification, and how the hire process works end to end. If you cannot get to us in person, we can share additional photography and a short walkaround video of the actual vehicle you would be hiring.

Do you offer payment plans or finance options?

We do not offer consumer finance or instalment plans on hire bookings, since the model is a short-term rental rather than a purchase. For private clients, the hire fee and refundable security deposit are paid at the agreed points in the booking process. For corporate clients, we invoice against a purchase order with standard payment terms, which suits client reward programmes, team incentives, and event hires. If you need a proforma invoice for sign-off internally, our team can issue one against your quote.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Your booking is reserved with a deposit at the point of confirmation. If you need to cancel, the refund position depends on how close to the collection date we are, with fuller refunds available for cancellations made well in advance and tighter terms as the date approaches. Date changes are often easier to accommodate than full cancellations, so if your plans shift, let us know early and we will look at moving the booking before defaulting to a cancellation. Full terms are shared in writing with your quote.

What insurance is included with my hire?

Every hire includes comprehensive UK insurance arranged through our specialist motor broker, covering the vehicle for the agreed driver or drivers across the hire period. The policy carries an excess, which is confirmed in writing with your quote so there are no surprises. Additional named drivers can be added at the point of booking, subject to age, licence, and driving history checks, and there is a small fee per additional driver. Drivers must be 27 or over and hold a UK or equivalent licence accepted by our insurer.

What documents do I need to bring on collection day?

Please bring your full UK driving licence, a DVLA share code generated within the last 21 days so we can verify your licence record, and a recent proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, council tax statement, or bank statement. We also ask for a second form of photo identification, typically a passport. If you are an additional named driver, please bring the same set of documents. Any overseas licence holders should speak to us in advance so we can confirm the requirements.
