Not every Porsche in our wider hire network is listed online, so if there is a specific model, colour or trim you want, contact our team and we will check what we can put in front of you.

Can I view the vehicle before booking?

Yes. Our West Midlands showroom is open seven days a week, by appointment, so you can see the car in person, sit in it and ask anything you want before you commit. Booking a slot in advance means we can have the specific car ready, with the right trim and any options highlighted. If you cannot get to us in person, we are happy to send additional photos, walkaround video or jump on a short video call so you have a proper feel for the car before you sign anything.

Do you offer payment plans or finance options?

We do not offer consumer finance or instalment plans for private hire. Payment is taken in line with the booking schedule set out in your quote, alongside a refundable security deposit held for the duration of your hire. For corporate clients, we can invoice against a purchase order with standard payment terms, which suits teams arranging client rewards or staff incentives. If you are booking on behalf of a business and need a specific process followed, raise it at the quote stage.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Your booking is secured with a deposit at confirmation, and the balance is due in line with the schedule on your quote. Cancellations made well outside the hire window are treated more leniently than late changes, where we may already have turned other guests away for those dates. The full policy, including notice windows and any retained amounts, is set out clearly in your booking paperwork. If your plans shift, contact us early and we will look at moving the dates where availability allows.

What insurance is included with my hire?

Every hire includes comprehensive UK insurance arranged by us, with a clearly stated excess figure on your booking paperwork. The minimum driver age is 27, with a clean licence and a DVLA check carried out as part of onboarding. Additional named drivers can be added at the quote stage, subject to the same criteria. Excess reduction options are available on some vehicles for a fee. We will set out what is and is not covered before you collect, so you are clear on the position.

What documents do I need to bring on collection day?

On collection, bring your full UK driving licence (photocard), a DVLA share code generated within the last 21 days, and two recent proofs of address, typically a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Any additional named drivers on the booking need to bring the same set. If you have non-UK elements on your licence or your circumstances are unusual, flag it at the quote stage and we will confirm what is needed in advance.
